When the Bashner Kinsmen was formed, it was decided to hold monthly meetings. Each cousin took a turn hosting the meeting in their home.  I remember that it was usually held on a Sunday night, that was before television was available.

Prior to the business portion of the meeting, the men would play cards and the women would play mah-jong.   The chatter was loud & boisterous with loads of laughter always could be heard.  The business portion of the meeting was always interrupted by lots of jokes, of course many more laughs. 

Today, with Bashners no longer living close to each other,  I thought it would be interesting to see if games would be of interest to today's Kinsmen.  Below please find websites, one for adults which will let cousins to play multiple types of games.  So if you have interest in playing, why not email family members & let them know the game you are interested in playing.  Click below on the game you like playing to see how it works.

Now just setup a specific time to play i.e.; Sunday @ 7:00pm, so that cousins who are interested can join in the fun.  In fact in fact you will also be able to chat in an interactive chat room while you are playing.  Make sure that when you first register that you it starts with Bashner,  i.e; Bashner Alan, Bashner Jerry etc.,  this way you will be able to identify that you are actually playing with your Bashner Cousin.  Each table can accommodate 2 to 4 players.  This is a great waty to socialize with family.  Let us know if you are using this new feature & how you like it!
